Clywedog 1 have been out and about on an adventure walk at Llandinam Park

Sixth form picked up their certificates at gamechange this week having spent 6 weeks working on horse riding and driving machinery.

In 2022, Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service.

Ysgol Cedewains pupils and staff celebrated Her Majesty’s historic reign in the run up to the Platinum Jubilee Central Weekend.

insport Series events provide inclusive sporting opportunities for disabled adults and young people across Wales. insport Series comes to Powys with opportunities for ages 7-80 at Maldwyn Leisure Centre Powys on the 24th of June.

This insport Series event will include Wheelchair Rugby, Wheelchair Basketball, Table tennis/ Polybat, Target Archery and Boccia. The event is suitable for all disabilities.

Hannah Morrell and students from Identity took part in the championships and left with lots of smiles and Trophies!

Hannah and her contemporary team were the highest scoring team in the Over 18 contemporary group coming 1st. 

Hannah also took to the floor to compete in a range of freestyle solos and was 2nd in the intermediate street dance solo which qualifies her for championships in May 2023

Hannah trains every Tuesday evening with her group and it sure did pay off!

Well done Hannah excellent work. 

Dyfi 1 we had a science lesson where we explored paper helicopter seeds. Great fun watching them spin around and we timed how long they took to fall…
